Can a MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3G OCV1 run Llama 3.1 8B?

Needs ~7 GB and won't fit comfortably in 3 GB VRAM + 32 GB RAM at a usable speed. A larger-VRAM GPU or a smaller model is the way to run this.
