Can a Asus R5230-SL-1GD3-L run Mixtral 8x7B?

Needs ~30 GB and won't fit comfortably in 1 GB VRAM + 32 GB RAM at a usable speed. A larger-VRAM GPU or a smaller model is the way to run this.
